ADA National Representative 

PR. BALLA KEITA NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ADA IN THE USA

The ADA has appointed as the National Representative in the USA Mr Balla Keita ,Associate Professor of Political ScienceDepartment of History and Political ScienceAlabama State University

 

Dr. Keita is an expert in International Relations and Comparative Politics. His diverse experience reaches the political, corporate, and diplomatic domains. Throughout his career, Dr. Keita assisted foreign officials and was instrumental in bridging the gap between the U.S. and several African countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Togo, and Angola. Dr. Keita has built important ties with the US Congress, working closely with US Senator Paul Strauss. Dr. Keita has negotiated petroleum contracts in West and Central Africa with US oil and gas corporations facilitating contacts and cooperation with various government officials in West Africa

Dr. Keita is fluent in French, English and Bambara. He has published articles and provided interviews in both languages on Côte d’Ivoire and US media. He is very familiar with the West African region and Europe. Dr. Keita currently teaches political science at The George Washington University with a focus on comparative politics and international development. Dr. Keita obtained a Ph.D. in Political Science with a concentration on International Relations and Comparative Politics from Howard University. A Master’s degree in History from Howard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Houston, TX.

Dr. Keita edited many books on Africa. His publications include: Book: Balla M. ADA with  Dr Keita will be able to carry out a number of programs relating to the relationship between economic and diplomatic between Africa and the United States through the African Diaspora.

This /Diaspora that Africa has defined as its 6th Region will be at the center of ADA’s actions in the USA.
